The Bellagio Resort & Casino

9.8 Superb

Our Verdict

The Bellagio remains the undisputed queen of the Strip. The fountain views are iconic, and the renovated rooms feel fresh and elegant. It strikes the perfect balance between high-energy casino action and refined luxury. The conservatory gardens are a must-see.

The Good

  • • World-class fountain show
  • • Incredible dining options (Prime, Picasso)
  • • Central location on the Strip

The Bad

  • • Pool deck gets very crowded
  • • Expensive resort fees
Venetian Canals
All-Suite

The Venetian Resort

9.5 Great

Our Verdict

If space is what you need, The Venetian delivers. Every room is a suite with a sunken living room. The Italian theming is immersive and fun, and the Grand Canal Shoppes offer great walking and dining. It feels like a city within a city.

The Good

  • • Huge standard suites
  • • Excellent restaurant selection
  • • Beautiful canal gondola rides

The Bad

  • • Layout can be confusing to navigate
  • • Check-in lines are often long
Caesars Palace
Iconic

Caesars Palace

8.9 Good

Our Verdict

Classic Vegas opulence. The Roman architecture is stunning, and the Garden of the Gods pool complex is arguably the best in Vegas. However, the property is massive, meaning a lot of walking, and some older towers (like the Roman Tower) feel dated compared to the Augustus Tower.

The Good

  • • Best pool complex in Vegas
  • • The Forum Shops are legendary
  • • Omnia Nightclub is spectacular

The Bad

  • • Inconsistent room quality by tower
  • • Extremely large property to walk
Wynn Las Vegas
Ultra-Luxe

Wynn Las Vegas

9.9 Elite

Our Verdict

If budget is no issue, the Wynn (and its sister Encore) is the pinnacle of Vegas luxury. The floral displays are breathtaking, the rooms are high-tech and creamy, and the service is noticeably a step above the rest. It feels brighter and more upscale than other casinos.

The Good

  • • Impeccable service standards
  • • Bright, airy, floral atmosphere
  • • Amazing buffet and dining

The Bad

  • • Located at the north end of Strip
  • • Premium pricing on everything
